Tenth Circuit opinion of February 3, 1967 affirming the convictions of Ruby Kolod, Willie Israel Alderman, and Felix Alderisio for conspiring to transmit threats in interstate commerce.

United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, decided February 3, 1967; rehearing denied March 8, 1967. Before Murrah, Chief Judge, and Lewis and Breitenstein, Circuit Judges.

The case arose in Denver. The opinion recounts that on July 6, 1961 Felix Alderisio and Americo Di Pietto visited the witness Sunshine at his Denver office: "Both men were from Chicago and unknown to Sunshine. Both had registered at Denver's Brown Palace Hotel where Alderisio used a fictitious name and address."

The court concludes: "the judgments of conviction are affirmed." The Supreme Court later took up the case on the surveillance question; see Alderman v. United States (1969).
