The page does not date the photographs. [Identification Order No. 1203](/items/fbi-io-1203-kelly-1933/) records that "George Kelley, No. 29362," was received at the U.S. Penitentiary, Leavenworth, on February 11, 1928 from Tulsa, for possession of liquor, sentence three years. The date range given here, 1928 to 1933, is inferred from that number and from the order's date; the photographs themselves carry no date.
