An FBI report of a surveillance on June 26, 1980 at Grand and Elizabeth Streets, Manhattan. Agents saw Joseph "J.B." Indelicato talking with Dominick "Big Trin" Trinchera; the two then entered "Indelicato's Social Club on Elizabeth Street between Grand and Hester (exact address unknown)."

Viewer page 126 of the FBI Vault's Dominick Trinchera file. It is an FD-302 transcribed and dictated on June 27, 1980 by agents of the New York office, whose names are redacted. Quotations are from the page image.

"On June 26, 1980, a surveillance was conducted in the vicinity of Grand and Elizabeth Streets, New York City." "At approximately 1:20 pm Joseph 'J.B.' Indelicato as [sic] observed in conversation with Dominick 'Big Trin' Trinchera and [redacted] near the corner of Grand and Elizabeth Streets, New York City. The conversation ended shortly thereafter when Indelicato recognized the surveillance agents. At this time, Indelicato and Trinchera entered Indelicato's Social Club on Elizabeth Street between Grand and Hester (exact address unknown)." The license plates the agents noted are redacted.

The site's text layer drops the first name; the page image prints "Joseph 'J.B.' Indelicato." The en banc Second Circuit names "an uncle, J.B. Indelicato" of Anthony Indelicato in its account of the Commission-case evidence ([865 F.2d 1370](/items/courtlistener-us-v-indelicato-865-f2d-1370/)). This page does not say how the two are related, and no link is made here beyond the name. The report gives no street number.
