# FBI Vault, Abner Zwillman, Part 07 (Final): a page of notes headed "U.S. v. Zwillman"

Canonical: https://mobfiles.org/items/fbi-vault-zwillman-p07-jury-notes/

The last part of the FBI's released Zwillman file is a single scanned page of notes marked "U.S. v. Zwillman," recording information given by a visitor about votes "for acquittal" and "conviction." It is undated and only partly legible.

The Vault viewer shows one page, and its OCR text layer is unreadable, so this description is read from the scan stored here. The page is marked "NK 94-380" at the top (a Newark file number, as far as the scan can be read) and is numbered 27 at the bottom. It is headed "U. S. v. ZWILLMAN" and then, in quotation marks: "Information given to me by Mr. LIVINGSTON who came in to see me of his own accord. Mr. HOLLANDER was present."

The notes below mention a vote, those "for acquittal" who "were afraid," "(a) Net worth statements," "(b) Source proof," a tally under "conviction," and further names "for acquittal." The lower half of the page is mostly illegible.

The page has no date and does not say who wrote it or who Livingston and Hollander were. It appears to concern the jury in the 1956 trial described in [Part 03](/items/fbi-vault-zwillman-p03-newark-report-1957-1958/) and [Part 06](/items/fbi-vault-zwillman-p06-bribery-memoranda-1959/), but the page does not say so, and this archive treats it as unresolved. The partly legible names are not repeated.
