Asked for the street of the Fifteenth Street Club, McKissick answers '716 and 718 East Fifteenth Street. It is now known as Truman Road,' which connects the '718 Truman Road' political club in the police list to that address. Pp. 353-372.

Henry McKissick testified on 20 July 1950 in court room No. 3, United States Courthouse, Kansas City (pp. 353-372 of Part 4-A; p. 355 was read). He says he was a justice of the peace from 1944 to 1948. Asked by counsel for the street of the Fifteenth Street Club, he answered: "716 and 718 East Fifteenth Street. It is now known as Truman Road."

This connects the "718 Truman Road" political club named in the Kansas City police list (Exhibit 20 of Part 4) to the East Fifteenth Street address. The testimony does not say that Binaggio was killed there; that connection is in Exhibit 20.
