The dates printed on the title page are June 20 and July 23, 1951. The volume belongs to the 82d Congress, 1st session. It is part of the printed record of the committee created by Senate Resolution 202 (81st Congress), the Kefauver Committee, and prints sworn testimony, a contents list of witnesses with page numbers, and a schedule of exhibits. The names follow the contents page; spelling was corrected only where the OCR was plainly wrong. A list of witnesses is not a list of findings: the volume prints questions and answers, and this archive does not summarize them.
