Library of Congress National Photo Company photograph of President Calvin Coolidge at a desk with a pen, Mabel Willebrandt and a congressman standing behind him. The record does not say what was being signed.

It shows President Calvin Coolidge seated at a desk, holding a pen, with the two standing behind him. It is National Photo Company No. 30945, dated 7 June 1924.

The record does not say what document was being signed, and this page does not guess. The copy stored here is the Library of Congress service JPEG.
