Library of Congress World-Telegram staff photograph of Izzy Einstein and Moe Smith sharing a toast in a New York bar, dated 1935, after repeal. The record does not describe their careers.

The Library of Congress title is "Izzy Einstein (l) sharing a toast with Moe Smith in a New York bar" and credits it to a World Telegram staff photographer. The Library's subject headings name Isidor Einstein and Moe Smith. The record is dated 1935, after repeal, and gives no caption beyond the title.

The record does not say that either man served as a prohibition agent. That would need a federal record, and none is filed here, so this page states only what the title shows. The rights statement is limited by the Library to New York World-Telegram & Sun staff photographs. The copy stored here is the Library of Congress service JPEG.
