Hearings before the Select Committee on Improper Activities in the Labor or Management Field, Eighty-sixth Congress, first session, pursuant to Senate Resolution 44, 86th Congress, July 1, 6, 7, 8, and 9, 1959, Part 55," printed by the Government Printing Office in 1959. Page II lists the committee: John L. McClellan, chairman; Karl E. Mundt, vice chairman; Robert F. Kennedy, chief counsel. Pages run continuously in the 19000s. The stored image is the title page.

The witness index includes the New Jersey Local 560 testimony of July 6, 1959: Arthur Pitman (page 19239), Walter A. Dorn (19246), Anthony Provenzano (19264 and 19268), Anthony Castellito (19269), Michael G. Communale (19286) and Joseph Adelizzi (19297). The rest of the volume belongs to the committee's continuing inquiry into the Teamsters and was not read for this page. The exhibits list includes checks drawn by Dorn's Transportation payable to Communale.
