The sentence line reads "Life," in quotation marks, and then "21 yrs. 8 mos. 10 days," with fine and costs of $10,000.00. The dates are 6-3-60, 2-13-62 and 7-17-62. The sentence begins 6-3-60, and the date committed to a federal institution is 6-17-60. The card gives a parole eligibility date of 6-2-75.

The date 7-17-62 matches the plea and judgment on criminal docket No. 23273. The card does not give a cell or a transfer destination. A handwritten note at lower right is not transcribed here.
