Canonical: https://mobfiles.org/items/valachi-exhibit-64-buffalo-chart/

Buffalo police fold-out chart entered on October 16, 1963, with a boss of "Entire Western N.Y. Area," an underboss, lieutenants and section leaders.

Exhibit No. 64 faces printed page 580 of Part 2. It was entered on October 16, 1963 with Buffalo Police Commissioner William H. Schneider, Michael Amico and Samuel Giambrone. It was scanned in three segments, at NCJRS PDF pages 648 to 650. The image stored here is the first segment, PDF page 648.

The chart is headed "Buffalo, N.Y. Organization." It labels Stefano Magaddino "Boss of Entire Western N.Y. Area as well as Ohio Valley Area." It labels John C. Montana "At Apalachin." Fredrico Randaccio, alias Fred Lupo, is labelled "Present Under Boss of Buffalo, N.Y.," as successor to Salvatore Pieri, the "former underboss." Bands labelled "Lieutenants" and "Section Leaders" follow, each man with a photograph, FBI and Buffalo police numbers, and codes. Segments at PDF pages 649 and 650 have been checked only through the text layer.

This is a subcommittee exhibit. The names, ranks and relationships printed on it are the labels of a 1963 police or staff chart. They are not findings of the subcommittee or of a court, and this archive does not copy any of them onto a family page or a person page. The scan is the Bureau of Narcotics library copy of the printed hearings. The fold-out was photographed in overlapping segments, so a name at the edge of one segment may be cut off and repeated on the next.
