Killed with Stephen Ferrigno by shotgun fire on Pelham Parkway in the Bronx on November 5, 1930, according to the New York police record read into the 1963 Senate hearings, which names him "Manfredi Maineo."

The heading uses the name counsel used, "Alfred Mineo." The police record as printed says "Manfredi Maineo," and counsel also says "Minio." No record opened gives his birth date.

The role line is Valachi's phrase about both men and is not a finding.
