A defendant in the 1982 Southern District of New York case, in which the court upheld a wiretap on his telephone. In 2007 the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District announced a superseding indictment that, as the release describes it, charged him as the Bonanno family's "acting consigliere."

The 1982 opinion is a pretrial ruling and does not report his verdict. No record filed here reports how the 2007 charges ended. The "acting consigliere" description is the release's account of an allegation; it is not used as a role or on the [Bonanno family chart](/families/bonanno/). The release prints an alias and his date of birth; only what the court records use is given here, and the date of birth is left out.
