# Felix Antonio Alderisio

Convicted in Denver in 1965 of conspiring to transmit threats in interstate commerce. His case reached the Supreme Court in Alderman v. United States (1969) over government surveillance of his Chicago place of business.

A 1959 FBI memorandum in the Accardo Vault file lists a "PHIL ALBERISIO" (as the OCR reads it) among men an attorney called "young turks." This page does not cite it, because only the similarity of the names links that entry to him. No record on this page assigns him a rank, and no opened record gives his birth or death date.
