Recorded by name in FBI Las Vegas surveillance logs of June and July 1980 at the Upper Crust Pizzaria and My Place, in a case captioned as a RICO murder matter. An Illinois appellate court records his 1982 agreement with the FBI. No opened record states a family or rank for him.
