An FBI Las Vegas airtel of January 27, 1975 records that he was made Executive Consultant to the Chairman of the Argent Corporation on October 22, 1974 and oversaw casino operations at the Hacienda, Stardust and Fremont. The Eighth Circuit describes the Government's evidence that he supervised the skimming.

This page is limited to federal records. The FBI's statements about Rosenthal are airtels, reports and teletypes, some quoting informants. The court statements are summaries of the Government's case and findings on the evidence in the Eighth Circuit's opinions. No federal record opened for this page says he belonged to an organization. The FBI's 1982 teletype calls him an "admitted close associate" of Anthony Spilotro. The informant statements in the Vault file about firings and kickbacks are recorded as allegations and are not repeated here.
