Of New Kensington, Pa. The Second Circuit lists him among the men taken to the Vestal barracks after the Apalachin roadblock of 1957. The McClellan Committee staff list calls him a former owner, with his brothers, of the Sans Souci in Havana.

This page is limited to federal records. No record opened here states a role for him in any organization or gives his birth or death date. The Tampa chief's "fellow delegate" is his own wording. A 1956 district court opinion captioned United States v. Mannarino was opened during research and rejected: it gives no first name or city and cannot be tied to him.
