Convicted under RICO after an eight-month trial built on the FBI's 1981 surveillance of 98 Prince Street in Boston. The First Circuit, stating the trial evidence, calls him the underboss of the Patriarca Family. Boston police testimony of 1963 also names him.

The family and role lines quote the First Circuit's statement of the facts in an appeal that affirmed his conviction after trial. The 1988 opinion in [847 F.2d 956](/items/courtlistener-us-v-angiulo-847-f2d-956/) also calls him "a known 'underboss' of the Patriarca Family." The 1963 Boston police testimony is intelligence offered to a Senate subcommittee and is not a finding.

"Jerry" is the form used in the 1963 hearing and the House report. No opened record gives his birth or death date.
