Appellant with Raymond Patriarca in the 1968 First Circuit decision on the Marfeo conspiracy, and one of four men convicted in 1968 of the Deegan murder, convictions later vacated. He died in prison in 1985, a federal court found.

The Deegan murder conviction was vacated, and a federal court found that it rested on perjured testimony that FBI agents knew about. It is not a basis for describing him. The 1968 conviction in the Marfeo conspiracy case was affirmed and is stated here as the court states it. "Enrico" is the form in the Limone opinions. No role is given because no opened federal record states one.
