# John H. Balistrieri

Convicted in Milwaukee with his father, Frank Balistrieri, and his brother Joseph of conspiracy to extort and attempted extortion arising from an FBI sting; the Seventh Circuit affirmed in 1985. In the Argent skimming trial in Kansas City the court entered a judgment of acquittal for him.
