Of Pittsburgh. A McClellan Committee investigator named him in 1958 among five men added to the list of Apalachin attendees and said he was in business in Pittsburgh with Gabriel Mannarino and Michael James Genovese. A Los Angeles police captain testified to stopping a car in which he was a passenger in 1956.

This page is limited to federal records. No record opened here states a role for him in any organization. The "top racketeer" phrase is a police captain repeating a newspaper's account of a senator's remark; it is not used on the [Pittsburgh family](/families/pittsburgh/) chart. A 1957 Third Circuit opinion in a perjury case against a John S. Larocca of Pittsburgh was opened during research, but it does not say that its defendant is the man in these hearing records, so it is not filed or cited here. No record opened gives his birth or death date.
