Killed by a car bomb in Cleveland in May 1977, by the account of the FBI's Cleveland chief in 1988 Senate testimony; a 1986 federal court summarized the government's proffer that he and Danny Greene were killed in car bombings in 1977.

No family or role is set. The records are testimony and a government proffer; the Sixth Circuit's opinion in the Licavoli case does not name him. The death year is from those records. The accusation about Moceri is Lonardo's testimony and is not a finding.
