Named in 1963 as Joseph Profaci's successor in Brooklyn. The Attorney General told the subcommittee that the Commission had not confirmed him and probably would not.

The heading uses the name on the staff chart, "Giuseppe Magliocco"; the court and the police witness call him Joseph. The birth year is Shanley's: "Magliocco was born in Italy in 1898." No opened record gives his death.
