# Joseph P. Balistrieri

Convicted in Milwaukee with his father, Frank Balistrieri, and his brother John of conspiracy to extort and attempted extortion arising from an FBI sting; the Seventh Circuit affirmed in 1985. In the Argent skimming trial in Kansas City the court entered a judgment of acquittal for him.

This page is limited to court opinions. None of them states a role for him in any organization. A 1993 Seventh Circuit civil case involving a Joseph P. Balistrieri, a housing matter, was opened during research and is not used here.
