Convicted in the Kansas City trial of the Las Vegas casino skim; the Eighth Circuit recited the government's charge that he 'was an associate of the Cleveland group' and received the Cleveland group's share. A New York jury acquitted him in 1987-88 on the Teamsters election charges.
