Named in the 2005 Family Secrets indictment of the Chicago Outfit. A 2007 U.S. Attorney's release, citing an FBI affidavit, says he admitted being a "made" member of the Outfit, agreed in 2002 to cooperate, and entered the Witness Security Program. A separate opinion in the 2012 Family Secrets appeal cites his testimony.

The family line is the Justice Department's summary of an FBI affidavit about his own admission, labelled as such. It is not a court finding, and no rank is set. Nothing here is copied onto the Chicago Outfit chart.

His own sentence is not stated in any record filed here.
