Killed by shotgun fire on Pelham Parkway in the Bronx on November 5, 1930, with Manfredi (Alfred) Mineo, according to the New York police record read into the 1963 Senate hearings. Valachi testified that he had watched Ferrigno's apartment for the Gagliano-Maranzano side.

The police sentence runs Ferrigno's and Mineo's names together; counsel's next question treats them as two men, and so does this archive. The aliases are those of the printed police record and of Valachi's testimony ("Fennuci"). The record gives three street numbers, 75, 750 and 760 Pelham Parkway; they are given as printed. No record opened gives his birth date.

The role line is Valachi's phrase and is not a finding.
