Shot and killed with Paul Castellano outside Sparks Steak House on December 16, 1985. Gotti was charged with, and convicted of, his murder as a racketeering act.

"Number two in command" is the FBI history essay's phrase. No court record opened gives Bilotti a title, so the role and family lines are empty. No opened record gives his birth.
