# Thomas Eboli

Named in 1963 by the Attorney General and New York police as the man substituting for Vito Genovese in New York. A 1985 FBI teletype states that he was acting boss of the Genovese family in July 1972 and was murdered in Brooklyn on July 16, 1972.

The date of death is the 1985 FBI teletype's. No opened record gives his birth or the place of the killing beyond "Brooklyn."

The role line combines Shanley's testimony and the FBI teletype, each labelled. The staff chart's "acting boss" is not used for it.
