# Vincent Mangano

Named in 1963 with Philip Mangano as a predecessor of Carlo Gambino. New York police testified that he had been missing since 1951 and was declared dead in 1961.

He is not Venero Mangano of the 1990s Genovese cases. The date of death is left empty: the record says only that he was missing from 1951 and declared dead in 1961. No opened record gives his birth.
