The docket of United States v. Massino, No. 1:03-cr-00929, filed August 14, 2003 and assigned to Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis. Its defendants include Joseph Massino, Patrick DeFilippo and Vincent Basciano.

The judgment entry as to Massino, ordered by Judge Garaufis on July 7, 2005, reads in part: “Receives life imprisonment on Counts One (1) through Eleven (11) of the superseding indictment CR 03-207 (S-20), which shall run concurrently to each other. Life imprisonment on Count Nine (9) of the superseding indictment CR 03-929 (S-3), which shall run consecutively to the sentence imposed in CR 03-207(S-20).” It adds five years of supervised release and a special assessment of $1,200. (The docket’s text splits “which” across a line break; it is joined here.)

The entry names the first case two ways, “CR 03-207 (S-20)” and “CR 02-307.” Both are recorded as printed; this archive does not resolve them. The entry does not say what Count Nine charged. The trial verdict in Massino’s first case is not in any record filed here. The court record of his later cooperation is the 2011 Basciano opinion.
