The Library of Congress title, from the National Photo Company’s caption, is “Police raid on gamblers den, E St. bet. 12 and 13th, 1/31/25.” The Library notes that the caption comes from unverified data supplied by the company. The caption gives no quadrant for E Street; the collection and the related print place it in Washington.

A second print of the same negative, filed separately, carries the caption “Several loads of book makers were taken from the E. St. address by the police.” No one is named. The copy stored here is the Library’s medium-size JPEG.
