A broadside of the Treasury Department, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intelligence Unit, printed by the U.S. Government Printing Office in 1934 and filed in the records of the U.S. Attorneys (Record Group 118, NAID 278744). A United States government work, public domain under 17 U.S.C. § 105. The National Archives catalog marks use "Unrestricted."

The broadside is headed “U.S. Treasury Department, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intelligence Unit,” and “Wanted for Violation of Federal Income Tax Law,” with the instruction “Please classify and file with fingerprint records.” It prints both hands’ fingerprints and front and profile booking photographs for “Arthur Flegenheimer, aliases Dutch Schultz, Arthur Schultz, George Schultz, Joseph Harmon and Charles Harmon,” and for “Henry Margolis, alias Henry Stevens,” with short descriptions.

The text states that “Flegenheimer is under indictment jointly with Henry Margolis (alias Henry Stevens), Frank J. Ahearn and George Yarlasavetsky (alias George Yarlas, alias George Young),” describes Ahearn and Yarlasavetsky, and asks that anyone who locates them “arrest and hold as a fugitive from justice” and wire Hugh McQuillan, Special Agent in Charge of the Intelligence Unit in New York. The imprint reads “U.S. Government Printing Office: 1934.”

The indictment named on the broadside is an accusation, not a conviction. Like the Division’s order No. 1234, this is a New York tax case rather than one of the Bureau’s fugitive cases; it is filed here beside the other wanted notices.
