It asks the clerk to issue an alias capias, “an indictment against the above-named defendant having been exhibited and filed in the above-entitled cause, on the 22nd day of October, 1934.” It is dated 1 December 1934 and signed by Maurice M. Milligan, U.S. Attorney.
The number 12697 printed here differs from 12777 on the indictment in file SS101. The relationship between the two numbers was not established, and pages 2-16 were not read.
