Exhibit No. 65 is printed at page 587 of Part 2 (NCJRS PDF page 657). The image stored here is that page. It is a typed box chart signed “Buffalo Police Department, Buffalo, New York,” and headed “Magaddino Empire of Organized Crime.”
Its top box reads “Don Stefano Magaddino.” Below it are four boxes. The Niagara Falls box lists four names. The Buffalo box holds Fred Randaccio, labelled “heir apparent,” over a box labelled “Buffalo Syndicate.” The “Youngstown, Ohio” box holds Joe DiCarlo. The “Canada” box lists the Agueci brothers, Dan Gasbarini, John Papalia, the Volpe brothers and the Cipolla brothers.
This is a subcommittee exhibit. The names, ranks and relationships printed on it are the labels of a 1963 police or staff chart. They are not findings of the subcommittee or of a court, and this archive does not copy any of them onto a family page or a person page.
