On the record

  • 2 October 1963 — Valachi (printed p. 231): "Tony Bender is the new lieutenant we have" (OCR "Bencler"). Testimony.
  • 8 October 1963 — Shanley (printed p. 251) confirmed that Tony Bender is also known as Anthony Strollo, called him "very important," and said of Eboli: "He succeeded Tony Bender." Testimony.

The staff chart of the Genovese family is reported to mark Strollo “missing and presumed murdered,” but the text layer of the chart is only partly legible, and that note is not used. No opened record gives his birth or death.

Neither witness names the family in the quoted lines, so the family line is empty.
