On the record

  • 1985 — United States v. Persico, 620 F. Supp. 836 (S.D.N.Y. 1985), summarizing a racketeering act the Government charged: defendants "bribed Annicharico to use his official position to prevent the commencement of the federal criminal prosecutions of Charles Panarella and defendant Russo for violations of federal income tax laws."

This page is limited to one court record, as the subject may be living. In the opinion Panarella is named as the person in whose favor an alleged bribe was to be paid, and he is not a defendant. The opinion does not assign him to a family or rank. This archive found no federal record connecting him to a Las Vegas casino. The Third Circuit’s United States v. Panarella, 277 F.3d 678, concerns Nicholas Panarella Jr., a different person.
