Chicago file 92-348 summaries for October to December 1960, which repeat the pattern of the earlier parts. They record Humphreys’s meetings at Celano’s; Frank Ferraro’s brief appearance there on October 25, 1960, when Humphreys discussed someone who wanted to sit and talk with “Ross,” possibly Ross Prio (p. 15); a pretext telephone call to Ferraro by someone claiming to be with the Sheriff’s office (p. 166); and transcript-style conversations credited to Humphreys and a man called “Godfrey” (pp. 7-8, 222).

Part 07 is 249 pages and was read selectively. Page 15 prints a street address in a conversation, which is not repeated. This archive read the page through the Vault viewer’s OCR text layer. The scans are poor; names, dates and figures can be garbled, and many names are redacted under FOIA exemptions (b6, b7C, b7D).
