Part 02 has 130 viewer pages and carries the same file number as Part 01 (62-28915); its own cover was not legible, so the number is not repeated on the record. The text layer is rough; dates were checked on the page images.

Viewer page 23, stored here, is a “Memorandum for the Director” of 20 June 1933 signed V. W. Hughes. It says the writer read to Agent in Charge Gus Jones at Kansas City the identification order prepared on Harvey J. Bailey, and that the Bureau was preparing orders on the other individuals: “I am therefore preparing an Identification Order on Jim Clark, as well as on Harvey J. Bailey, Pat Brady, Pretty Boy Floyd, Ed Davis and Wilbur Underhill.” The page shows that Floyd’s name was among the Bureau’s identification-order subjects three days after the shooting.

Viewer page 84 is a memorandum of 22 June 1933 recording that latent fingerprints sent in by the St. Paul police in connection with a kidnapping case “appeared to be those of Frank Nash upon first inspection,” and that Agent Coulter at St. Paul understood the prints were taken from beer bottles found at a rented house. Both pages are internal memoranda of investigative steps, not findings.
