Exhibit No. 121 is printed at page 753 of Part 1. Melvin J. Richard, a city councilman of Miami Beach, testified on July 13, 1950 that the “S. & G. Syndicate,” after local newspapers reported in 1949 that it had offices but no license, “went down and took out a license or licenses, and these are photostatic copies of city licenses.” He described the 1947-48 license as issued to the S. & G. Investment Co., with the business given as investments. The chairman had the photostats of the 1947-48, 1948-49 and 1949-50 licenses marked Exhibits 121, 122 and 123 (printed page 224).

The photostat shows a printed form headed “State of Florida, County of Dade, City of Miami Beach,” “City License 1947-1948,” with handwritten entries for S. & G. Investment and the occupation “Investments,” and the signature line of the city clerk and collector. Exhibit 122, the 1948-49 license, is printed below it on the same page and is not reproduced here.

This is a hearing exhibit. A license shows that a business was licensed; it is not a finding about what the business did. The names on it are not copied to any family page or person page.
