Exhibit No. 124 is printed at page 754 of Part 1, with its reverse continued on page 755. Councilman Melvin J. Richard of Miami Beach described it on July 13, 1950 as “a photostatic copy of a card attached to the application for the original license in 1947,” signed for the applicant by an attorney and sworn on the reverse before a notary public. It was marked Exhibit 124 (printed page 224).

The card reads “License No. 5938, 1947-48,” “Name: S & G Investment,” and “Investments,” under the heading “Application for License,” with handwritten signatures and dates. The image stored here is the front of the card; Exhibit 123, a 1949-50 license, is printed above it on the same page and is not reproduced.

This is a hearing exhibit. An application shows who applied for a license; it is not a finding about what the business did. The names on it are not copied to any family page or person page.
