Anne Fischetti testified on 6 October 1950 (Part 5, pp. 249-255). She said she had been married to Charles Fischetti since December 1931 and had lived in Florida since 1939.
Asked when she last saw her husband, she declined, claiming a marital privilege and the privilege against self-incrimination. The chairman ordered her to answer, and her attorney argued the privilege.
The passage is filed as a record of the committee’s search for Charles Fischetti, who is named in other Part 5 testimony. It says nothing about her beyond her own answers.
