Exhibit No. 55 is printed at page 459 of Part 6, captioned “Gambling Room at Jungle Inn.” On January 18, 1951, associate counsel Joseph L. Nellis asked that photographs of the Jungle Inn be “put in the record under Mr. Rutkowski’s name as exhibits.” Anthony A. Rutkowski was chief of the enforcement division of the Ohio Department of Liquor Control (printed pages 210 to 212). The chairman had the picture marked Exhibit 55 (printed page 212). The contents describe it as an “Interior photograph of the Jungle Inn, identified by Anthony A. Rutkowski.”

The photograph shows a long room with rows of tables and chairs under hanging lights.

This is a hearing exhibit. Its caption is the printed record’s description of the picture, not a finding of the committee or of a court, and nothing on it is copied to a family page or a person page.
