On the record
- 1934 — A W.D. Mo. federal indictment (No. 12777) charged Richetti with conspiracy concerning Frank Nash, with Charles Arthur Floyd and Vernon C. Miller (National Archives item 24734664; scan read).
- 1 December 1934 — A praecipe for alias capias in the Western District of Missouri names him in No. 12697, reciting an indictment filed on 22 October 1934 (National Archives item 24734052).
- 1935 — The FBI says latent fingerprints on beer bottles in Miller's Kansas City home were identified as Richetti's, that he was indicted by the Jackson County grand jury on 1 March 1935 on four counts of murder, tried from 10 June 1935, found guilty on 17 June 1935 and sentenced to be hanged, and that the Missouri Supreme Court affirmed on 3 May 1938 (FBI History essay).
- 7 October 1938 — The FBI says "He was executed on October 7, 1938."
The Missouri trial record and the Missouri Supreme Court decision were not located, so the state conviction rests on the FBI essay’s account, which is stated as the FBI’s. The federal indictment is a charge. No role is entered.
