Filed in the Public Enemies side section. This is not an organized-crime family page: the records here are federal fugitive, court and prison records.

The FBI’s photographs of Touhy are filed as records, but no copy could be stored, so this page has no portrait. No birth or death date and no alias is recorded. The FBI’s history essay on him is cited by the filed photograph records and was not read for this page.
